Giving a city to a member..

To give a city to another member:

First set your taxes @ 20 and Loyalty must be @ 80

Make sure all Troops and wall defenses are gone.

Make sure all heroes you want to keep are out of city.

Start:

Go to TH, Levy Food.
Raise tax rate to 40
Wait 15 minutes

Go to TH, levy Lumber
Raise tax rate to 60
Wait 15 minutes

Go to TH, Levy food
Raise tax rate to 80
Wait 15 minutes

Go to TH, Levy Lumber
Raise Tax rate to 100
Loyalty will be 0 now and ready for new owner to take it.

To get a city from a member:

Once the member has the loyalty down to 0,

RI the city with 500 cavs.

Then have someone boot you.

Then attack the city with 1 scout and a hero.

This is the fastest way to get a city because it uses the speeds from relief station and the speed of a scout. Really helps when you are very far away from the city. The scout fights with the cavs you have already placed in the city.

Once you have the city go to Embassy in new city and dismiss your cavs. They will return to your first city.
